Maleny Weddings- Vintage Maleny Manor

Maleny Manor turned vintage Sunday afternoon, with antique furniture and props decorating the pavilion, garden and reception. Guests indulged in drinks and appertisers while dressing up for pictures in the vintage inspired photo booth on the lawn. The reception was very much the theme of family and animals, consisting of framed old wedding photos from family members and pets dotted throughout the room representing the bride’s work as a vet. Celebrant Kristy Ellis took the couple through their vows, Studio Impressions photographed the evening and Cake Designs provided the wedding cake. Our blushing bride looked riviting on her special day with hair and makeup by  Hare’s Hair and Allyson Duncan.

Maleny Weddings- A touch of Dubai at Maleny Manor

Our glowing couple arrived at Maleny Manor in a vintage Graham Paige car, the bride looking fantastic in a simple but elegant ivory shoulder gown. Hair and makeup for the day was perfected by Evanlyn Parsons and Trish Falzon. The reception offered Maleny Manor’s Tiffany chairs wound in mushroom satin sashes circling tea candle lit tables with beautiful eclectic crystal vases of assorted blooms and fun figurines symbolising the couples’ relationship with Dubai. Radio Club Band provided live music for the evening, reflecting the fun loving, intimate vibe of the room.

Maleny Montville weddings-Maleny Manor hosts local wedding

Maleny Manor had the pleasure to be a part of a very special day for a local couple. The bride and groom said they’re vows in the pavilion overlooking the Sunshine Coast hinterland and ocean, before celebrating at the reception inside. The room was an elegant mix of black and white with a Lollie bar brightening up a corner with delights. The bride wore a beautiful ruffled strapless dress, her hair styled by Rolling Scissors and makeup by Trish Falzon. Artography photographed the special moments throughout the day.

Among the guests was a former Maleny Manor bride, looking ravishing in red. Rockin U Wild provided the music all day to match the mood at the ceremony during the day and the reception in the evening. Maleny Montville Weddings -Out of Antarctica to Maleny Manor

Our beautiful couple first met on a research station in Antarctica, the theme of snow and winter graced Maleny Manor for the celebrations of the couples’ marriage. There was no better time to say ‘I do’ then day of solstice, the marking of the shortest day in winter, in which both bride and groom experienced together while in Antarctica.  The room had a charming resemblance of the atmosphere in which they met. Tables held generous vases of Jeruslam babys breath provided by Mondo Floral Design, to represent snow throughout the room and sliver penguin ornaments where dotted through the room. Our snow queen bride looked resplendent in a dress by Vera Wang.

Maleny Weddings – of the bride praise Maleny Manor, well planned weddings can happen easily

4th July 2011

Dear Marlene & Simon

It is hard to believe that it is a month since Deb and AJ’s wedding, a day when the sun shone and one that will be in our memories forever.

We would like to thank and commend you all for providing the most outstanding and beautiful venue to celebrate their special day.

We have received nothing but praise and admiration from family and friends, the entire day ran like clockwork from start to finish. Your happy and efficient staff were willing to assist at every turn and the catering was exceptional.

Thank you too Marlene and Peta for the support offered to Deb, Adam, the bridal party and ourselves on the day, your attention to detail deserves a mention. It is hard to believe that so many bridal couples and their families celebrate at Maleny Manor each weekend and yet you could still offer that personal touch and made us all feel we were very special.

We were very impressed with Kristy, the celebrant, Terrianne of Mondo Floral Designs, the cake artist, the band, the photographers, the hair and make up artists, who all contributed to the success of the day – thank you for recommending them and please pass on our appreciation. The flowers were exceptional and certainly added a dynamic dimension to the already elegant venue and stunning day.

We wish you continued success and once again extend our sincere thanks to all concerned for the very professional manner in which Deb and Adam’s wedding day was conducted, a day we will never forget and a venue that we shall always recommend.

Best regards

Judy and Neville Crouch
