Dear Maleny Manor Crew We simply don’t know where to begin to thank you for EVERYTHING you have done for our wedding not only on the day but also through out the lead up. The heavy rain in central & western Queensland sure made things a little more difficult with Dave the Groom,being flooded in for 2 weeks but luckily three days before the wedding he was able to make it through the flood waters. Your help guidance patience ans support during this time was up and beyond the duties of a wedding function centre. Dave and I were approached by the ABC radio to sit for an interview discussing the unforeseen lead up to our wedding . We were that impressed by your efforts and excellence that stressed on air how fantastic maleny Manor and its brilliant staff had been.Your courtesy calls checking on the flood levels and stress levels were lovely and your backup idea to hire helicopters to fly out the groom was brilliant! Your support and expertise ontinuesd on our wedding day making more than we had ever dreamed of! Guests and friends of guests have not stopped talking about it saying “it was the best wedding they have ever been to!” The service, the staff, the venue, the food, the beverages were all very highly praised and we could not agree more! We had the most beautiful honeymoon at Brampton Island despite being evacuated a day early because of cyclone Ului. But you know what they say, rainy weddings are good luck! Thank you agian. Alec & Amy were married at Maleny Manor Easter weekend..it was a very emotional  ceremony to be a part off.The Ceremony hosted by Mr Bill Scurry was a delight.
