About Maleny Manor

The Manor was purpose built as a B&B 21 years ago before being transformed into a reception center 13 years ago and has everything to offer you for the best in wedding day events. We have spectacular views, rolling lawns and well-tended gardens. We have a commercial kitchen, licensed bar and ample parking for up to 50 cars and great minibus providers should you like to celebrate.

All this, amongst a stylish setting in a relaxing country estate. Maleny Manor offers you one stop elegance in picturesque Sunshine Coast hinterland surroundings of Maleny and Montville where your family and friends can feel at home.

Your Hosts – Marlene and Simon Murray

Marlene

Marlene, your Hostess and overall Manager, is a real people person with an eye for detail and decor.

Marlene has the ability to make Brides and their families relax and enjoy the wedding planning and actual celebration day while overseeing the whole process.

You may need honest planning advice or just some simple nurturing on your wedding journey, Marlene is the person for this.

 


Simon

Simon is a qualified chef and has been cooking professionally for over 20 years.

Simon is the overall GM of Maleny Manor, Settlers Rise and Rancho de Cielo. He is the glue and the drive for all we do and has more energy than anyone else we know.

Also thankfully can jump into any position on staff and is great at handyman repairs to motivational talks and budgets.


Helmut

Chef Helmut has a wealth of experience and ensures consistency every week at the Manor with fresh, quality ingredients and spectacular wedding cuisine.

Helmut is European trained and proud enough to make sure quality combines with prompt, efficient meal service to impress your guests.

Helmut makes dining at the Manor an unforgettable pleasure.

 

 


Angelina

Angelina backs Helmut up in the kitchen and is the mother of the team.

She bakes everyone a birthday cake and we all try to sit down together at lunchtime on non weddings days for a meal.
