Marlene, your Hostess and overall function co-ordinator, is a real people person with an eye for detail and decor. Marlene has the ability to make your guests feel at ease, while ensuring your function runs smoothly and professionally.

Simon is a qualified chef and has been cooking professionally for over 20 years. Simon regards cooking as an art form and he has a wide range of cooking styles. With a commitment to environmentally sensitive practices, Simon ensures fresh, quality ingredients and value for money. Providing prompt, efficient meal service and fine cuisine, Simon makes dining at the Manor an unforgettable pleasure.
